      WT-10336 fixed an issue where lock wait time incorrectly incremented the session bytes-read statistic.

      The fix initialized stat_session_usecs_off to -1 for spinlocks, but omitted this initialization for rwlocks. Rwlocks still default to offset 0, causing lock wait time to be added to session bytes_read.
