      The compatibility-test-against-develop job was observed to fail during a 8.3 branch patch build.

      The failure is due to a DSC feature - however 8.3 is a classic (non-disagg) release branch. Additionally, all disagg clusters were wiped for public preview and are running DSC-6/7 onwards, so this check no longer protects an upgrade path for deployed 8.3 DSC clusters.
