      Design: WRITING-39975. Epic: SPM-4886. Optional, based on feasibility.

      Change

      Add blind_remove to the model in test/model: a remove succeeds whether or not a visible record exists, and other errors are unchanged. Check that WiredTiger's results match the model.

      Acceptance criteria

      • The model supports blind_remove and WiredTiger results match it.
      • If the model cannot support it reasonably, close the ticket with the reason.
