test suite bug copying log files

      In test_txn10.py and test_txn14.py and any other test that uses os.listdir to copy each file in the database and has logging enabled there is a timing possibility of getting an ENOENT error/failure:
      No such file or directory: './WiredTigerTmplog.0000000016'
