Add statistics tracking snapshot resources

      It would be useful to be able to get some information about the state of named snapshots in the system via statistics.

      We currently expose a couple of lookaside table statistics, but nothing directly related to named snapshots.

      A good start would be:

      • Oldest ID pinned
      • Number of named snapshots created
      • Number of named snapshots deleted
