Major - P3 Description
The eviction server currently switches to aggressive mode when it can't find anything to evict for 10 loops of the eviction server. If there are lots of threads contributing to eviction that may be too aggressive. Especially since we start using the lookaside table once the aggressive flag is set.
Investigate whether it is beneficial to enable aggressive based on different conditions.
