custom extractor for ref_cursors in join cursor

      Hi!
      I implemented custom extractor for index and try to use cursor, opened on this index in join cursor. But it looks like in this case join cursor cannot find entries which satisfying conditions in configs.
      Attached small program demonstrate problem. Results I get on my box:

      $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/src/wiredtiger-2.7.0/.libs/ ./jcursor_extractor 
Error: wrong number of founded entries. nr_found = 0
