We removed support for bzip2 compression from WiredTiger in the mongodb-3.0 branch, but left support in test/format. That caused a test failure.

I'd rather not remove compression testing altogether from the 3.0 branch, so I think it would be worth updating test/format to no longer configure bzip compression.
