cursor commit failing means abort

    • Type: Icon: Task Task
    • Resolution: Done

If cursor commit fails, it implies the transaction has been aborted, correct?

      Currently, we don't document this.

Additionally, there's a small simplification where we check an error in session.commit_transaction and return an error if the application should have called rollback_transaction instead; we might as well just rollback the transaction ourselves?

Michael, please approve/disapprove this change and I'll take care of it.
