non-transactional objects

      Should we offer the ability to create/operate on non-transactional objects?

      I'm guessing that's a new configuration string to session.create and cursors open on those objects don't participate in transactions?

      If we offer non-transactional objects, should they be recovered at all, or always appear empty after a crash?
