We should add a performance test to Jenkins that tracks how long it takes to create tables in WiredTiger.

Aspects of the test that will be interesting:

• How long it takes to create the 10 ** N table, for N up to 6.
• How long it takes to open a handle to the table from a different session, and add a single record.
• It might also be interesting to know how table create time interacts with checkpoint creation, though that'd be phase two.
