Python test suite inserts unnecessary whitespace in error output.

      The Python test suite uses "XXX: " as its error prefix, and the WiredTiger error routines append a comma and space after the error prefix in error messages. This means the error messages come out "XXX: , YYY", which makes the back of my neck itch fiercely.
