Work upon the enhancements to fault injection tester, following is a starting list:

1. Add corruption test
2. Make tester multithreaded
3. Explore the idea of adding memory leak test
4. Explore if we can test: "Each I/O failure communicated to the application, should leave a log message to indicate it's source in WiredTiger"
