      Tune the POC App for Million collection testing and confirm the impact of groupCollections changes. This is a follow on from WT-3221.

      The POC application created in WT-3221 has allowed us to run tests to compare the impact of large numbers of collections on MongoDB runs. We now need to tune, run the test against a number of MongoDB versions/configurations and compare the results.
