test_wt2323_join_visibility can hang for 2h on Ubuntu Evergreen testers

      We have recently seen several time-outs from WiredTiger test jobs run on Evergreen. Review of these has found that in all cases the test_wt2323_join_visibility job was running for over an hour before the job was automatically terminated.
