For 'simple' tables, that is a table with a single column group and without indices, the URI in the WT_CURSOR struct is an internal name (for example, it may be prefixed by file:). The documentation states that this field should match the URI used in open_cursor.
Fixing this may be useful as part of resolving SERVER-27347.
