It would be good to increase our code coverage of cases where:
- There are multiple tables
- There are multiple threads
- Tables are accessed by multiple threads
- Checkpoints are being created
- The sweep server is set to aggressively close handles
- There is actual work happening on the tables.
- Tables are being created and dropped
- has to be done before
