      A new API was added in WT-3388 to support rollback_to_stable - which allows for recent history to be removed from non-durable tables.

      The Python test case in test_timestamp04 added in the original change could be extended to improve code coverage.

      The test should also be enhanced to test configurations with logged/not-logged/partial-logged data sets.
