      We are seeing a lot of non-fatal reported errors from our automated testing of the form:

      t, WT_CONNECTION.reconfigure: upgrade / downgrade must run single-threaded: Operation not supported

      We should consider changing test format to avoid triggering the failure mode, or to swallow that particular error string.
