riak: cannot be used until all column groups are created

      With version 1.3.4 I see the following problem consistently with the wterl backend:

      session.create: 'table:wt1438665674247607560106752257205091097473808596992' cannot be used until all column groups are created: Invalid argument
      08:34:24.691 [error] Failed to start riak_kv_wterl_backend Reason: badmatch,{error,"Invalid argument"

      This error comes from the call to wterl:session_create on line 106 of riak_kv_wterl_backend.erl, same place as the previous problem we had was occurring.
