raw compression (lz4, zlib) less effective in 3.6 release

      Hello,

      I have just compiled the new WT3.0.0 release with --enable-lz4 and the compression it's worse (2x) than with version 2.9.3. My dataset was around 33MB with 2.9.3 and with 3.0.0 is around 68MB
      I'm using the same lz4 version (1.8.1.2) when compiling WT 2.9.3 and 3.0.0.

      Is there any new parameter or config, what can be the root of this behavior.
