In WT-3948 we discuss a bug between bulk load and checkpoint. Create this ticket to add a test similar to timestamp_abort specific to those operations. I suggest looking at timestamp_abort because that program already has a checkpoint thread infrastructure in it and would be a place to start with a new program. The more interesting parts of this ticket would be figuring out what data is added and verification in the parent after the kill.
