      We have recently allowed truncate operations to have a commit_timestamp assigned, and have fixed some bugs relating to truncate of pages with lookaside entries.

      Add tests that confirm that we can correctly truncate with a timestamp, then read before and after the truncate, encouraging lookaside eviction.
