In SERVER-34382 bruce.lucas@mongodb.com requested a new statistic that indicates the size of a WT_DATA_HANDLE. There have been numerous questions about memory usage outside of the WT cache and this is often one cause.

This new statistic would be a constant value, similar to the cache size statistic, that is set and never changed.
