Fix wt verify dump-pages failure

      Got a WT data directory from a crash resulted from test/format.
      When Verify is run on this directory to dump pages it fails as below

      The command used from ~/build_posix/test/format/

      ../../wt -h ./R_DIR2 verify -d dump_pages table:wt >> ./dmp_pages.txt
