Minor - P4 I noticed that running dist/s_tags fails to index some functions. In particular, I noticed that __wt_modify_apply_api was missing, then noticed it had a WT_GCC_FUNC_ATTRIBUTE tag.
Adding '-I WT_GCC_FUNCT_ATTRIBUTE+' to $flags fixes this, so such functions are indexed as expected.
