In the documentation, I do not see a specific mention of table operations (create, rename, drop) as being transactional or not.  If we expect them to be transactional, I will attach a simple counterexample.  If we don't expect this to work, then we should update the Transactions page (that is, https://source.wiredtiger.com/3.1.0/transactions.html)
