      sue.loverso noticed some potential improvements while reviewing for WT-4225: 

      • any of the tests of at least moderate complexity should print their command line arguments.
      • The new testutil_sleep_wait() function (part of WT-4225 changes), should be used as a more reliable technique to 'wait for a child up to a time limit'.
