      Description

      I have a test case that shows the cached cursors are not fully released, at least according to statistics.

      $ wt-testsuite cursor16
      /opt/local/bin/python2.7 ../test/suite/run.py cursor16
      begin cursors cached=0
      session count=0 cursors cached=100
      session count=10 cursors cached=1100
      session count=20 cursors cached=2100
      session count=30 cursors cached=3100
      session count=40 cursors cached=4100
      session count=50 cursors cached=5100
      session count=60 cursors cached=6100
      session count=70 cursors cached=7100
      session count=80 cursors cached=8100
      session count=90 cursors cached=9100
      session count=100 cursors cached=10100
      session count=90 cursors cached=10100
      session count=80 cursors cached=10100
      session count=70 cursors cached=10100
      session count=60 cursors cached=10100
