Major - P3 As part of WT-3968 we introduced a change to how compression works to dynamically choose the amount of data to store on a page. Changing compression to target a certain page size of compressed content, rather than gathering a page size worth of data then compressing.
When making that change we excluded snappy compression, this ticket enables it for snappy.
