WiredTiger high CPU usage

      Hi,

      Some background information. I'm running dotnet application that creates 7 WT storages. After some period of time WT starts to create threads with high CPU usage.

      I made a 'htop' screenshot on the fifth day: 

      10365, 10364, 10363, 10362 are native WT threads

      Looks like they stuck in infinite loop.
