clang detected memory leak while executing csuite tests

      The following csuite tests report memory leak with clang:

      wt2323_join_visibility
      wt2834_join_bloom_fix
      test_wt2853_perf

      This is probably after WT-4470 that we have started executing them under address sanitiser.
