Bypass some csuite tests for valgrind

      After the recent changes in WT-4470 and WT-4463, the wiredtiger-valgrind Jenkins job started to take really long time (hours, days) to finish some of the tests (see BUILD-6885 for details). We need to bypass those tests in valgrind to enable the job to run with reasonable lead time (a few hours).
