To Design a workload which results in cache stuck due to an active prepare transaction, before removing the constraint of "oldest timestamp cannot move ahead of an active prepare transaction". This might need to exhaust the disk space to avoid lookaside file growing and the history is being moved to lookaside. After the constraint is removed and when the oldest timestamp can be moved beyond an active prepared transaction, this test case should pass.
