Switch to ubuntu1804-test Evergreen distro

      Currently the WiredTiger Evergreen project uses 'ubuntu1404-test' distro for most of the Linux tasks. There is a newer version of 'ubuntu1804-test' distro available in Evergreen which we should switch to.

      Note: Most of our dev environments and Jenkins nodes are currently running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
