The WiredTiger data compatibility tests across different endian systems in Evergreen is currently scheduled to run "once every day". The build infrastructure resource for little endian (x390s/zSeries) system is limited and the zSeries task queue had been pretty full for the past few weeks, and those WiredTiger data compatibility tests could hardly get resource to run.

Will use this ticket to adjust the scheduling frequency for WiredTiger data compatibility tests to "once every week", hoping to reduce the stress to the zSeries task queue, and increase the running chance for those tests accordingly.
