An > 50% degradation was observed on the 2 overflow-130k btree throughput metrics (read & update) since the perf run on June 7 (#6327).

There was no new ticket introduced in that build, and we doubled the provisioned IOPS from 1500 to 3000 on the EBS volume of the perf build host (aws-perf) on that day. 

It worths an investigation to understand the impact of the provisioned IOPS increase to the 2 degraded metrics.
