      There are a number of new transaction timestamp assertions:

      WT_TXN_TS_COMMIT_ALWAYS
      WT_TXN_TS_COMMIT_KEYS
      WT_TXN_TS_COMMIT_NEVER
      WT_TXN_TS_DURABLE_ALWAYS
      WT_TXN_TS_DURABLE_KEYS
      WT_TXN_TS_DURABLE_NEVER
      WT_ASSERT_READ_TS_ALWAYS
      WT_ASSERT_READ_TS_NEVER

      Two assertions (commit_timestamp=key_consistent and read_timestamp=always), were added to test/format recently, others should be added if they make sense.
