      We are unsure what is causing the cache to get stuck and how we can resolve it. This spike has been created so that we can:

      • Reproduce the error
      • Understand the problem
      • Determine the solution

      When we've addressed the points above, We'll add our findings to this ticket, close this ticket and add story points to WT-4715 based on the findings.
