As part of WT-4935, the new operation type modify is added and the corresponding performance plots are added in the Jenkins to represent modify operation and overhead of modify forced update. As part of this change, the modify operation has introduced the way of generating a new record by evenly distributing the modifications across the whole old record to form a record before performing the modify operation.

Add a configuration parameter to control the behaviour of distributed modifications and also add this capability for update operations also.
