Enhance the random_abort to fine control the test execution

      With WT-4884, random_abort test has enhanced with the support of column_store to test all the cursor possible operation WAL log types. But currently, there is no way to control for running partial tests. As part of this, adding the additional below options would be good.

      • An option to run row-store only tables.
      • An option to run column-store only tables.
      • An option to run the insert-only workload.
      • Updating the smoke.sh to include running with these options.
      • Refactoring of verification logic code.
