The WiredTiger compile task in Windows build variant worked well with Evergreen distro windows-64-vs2013-test. In a recent attempt of switching to new distro windows-64-vs2017-test the compile task failed due to improperly-set Visual Studio compiler.

Need to understand the setting needed for VS2017 compiler to get the compile task passed with the new distro.
