In WT-5134, we turned off fast-path searching (the search variant where we check the cursor's currently pinned page before searching from the root of the tree), for the read-committed isolation level.

This shouldn't be necessary: there are underlying transactional functions that are handling transaction IDs differently, which shouldn't be the case.
