Adding correctness tasks into rhel80 Evergreen build variant

      Before migration all WiredTiger correctness tests are executed against Ubuntu 18.04 Linux distribution in Jenkins CI.

      During migration we plan to firstly make those correctness tests working under Evergreen ubuntu1804 build variant, and then add the related tasks into rhel80 build variants using this ticket.
