WT-5072 addressed all of the reconciliation changes needed to evict/checkpoint a page which has lookaside content attached to it. That ticket turned out to be a massive effort from several engineers. There are further improvements we can do that need not hold the original ticket from being checked in. I am creating this ticket to build a list of the improvements that we will eventually work on.
