Michael, somewhere along the line we removed support for the wiredtiger_open::error_prefix configuration string (at least, I can't find it used anywhere, and a fast smoke test indicates it has no effect on error strings).
I think applications can get the same effect by declaring their own event handlers – should I remove support for error_prefix entirely, or make it work?
