Disable remaining failing tests in durable history branch

      Even after pulling the changes in relevant_history_in_cache_migration that disabled failing tests and made the branch green in CI, the durable history branch is still failing due to failing schema_abort in make check. We should disable any remaining failing tests in the durable history branch and get the build green there too.
