In some the scenarios, the obsolete pages that are added to urgent eviction are not evicted by the eviction threads. As the eviction threads are trying to evict the page ASAP because the page is in the urgent queue, but they fail to evict the page because the checkpoint still holds the hazard reference on the page or its parent. Due to this, until the eviction threads are busy, the checkpoint added pages are not getting evicted.
