During reconciliation,

• if there exists a TOMBSTONE update that is globally visible, remove the key.
• If there exists a TOMBSTONE update with WT_TS_MAX timestamp, just follow the regular TOMBSTONE approach to add the update time pair to the previous update stop time pair or to the on-disk value stop time pair.
