Update compatibility_test_for_mongodb_releases.sh for durable history

      We removed --enable-page_verstion_ts build flag in WT-5308 but the flag is still used in compatibility_test_for_mongodb_releases.sh. We couldn't remove it at that time because the test is testing against the develop branch. We should remove it after we merge with develop.

      Also by merging, we should add the test to test compatibility of 4.0 and 4.2.
